During the appointment
The therapist will conduct a 5-15- minute consultation which will consist of a range of movement test and or a posture test. They will bring their therapy couch, towels, oils, waxes and any other equipment they need. If you should want to use your own towels, you can. It may be beneficial to bring or wear shorts if requesting or requiring any leg work.
Bookings
When booking your appointment, we require payment upfront to secure the booking date. Bookings can be made via our website or by email.
Payment options available
When booking on our website, we accept (Direct Debit, Credit Cards, PayPal and Klarna) If you wish to book via Email, we ask for a bank transfer.
Cancellations/Refund
If you cancel your appointment less than 24hrs before the treatment time, the full amount of the treatment will be taken. furthermore, no refunds will be offered unless specifically agreed by a member of our management team. If you have a cold or flu the massage will be cancelled so rebook if you get these symptoms within the 24hour period to avoid losing your booking payment. Terms of being granted a refund. Refund should be requested 48 hours before the treatment is due, £5 will be deducted from the payment due to processing fees. The refund can take between 3-5 days to be processed.
Missed Appointments
Please note if you miss your appointment, or our Therapist attends your property and your are not in, then we reserve the right to charge for the full treatment cost.
Additional Client Rules
We ask for Clients to arrive 5 minutes before the appointment due. The client to have a good standard of hygiene If not treatment can be refused.
This is a Nonsexual service if asked to remove a piece of clothes to provide easier access or a higher standard of treatment, the client can refuse. The client's dignity is a priority Gentelia will remain covered at all times in the form of a towel or drape. The client must be 18+ with the mental ability to give consent.
